"Well… overall it’s a good stay for a night if looking last minute. The service was great from check-in and check-out. Lots of good restaurants around. But the location by the service road and highway, makes it pretty noisy throughout the night. Shower curtain and pillow case had some mold. Was a motel not a hotel. Overall good for a night, if looking for a nice hotel with all the amenities this is not it."
"The only reason I’m giving this place a 1 star is because I was greeted nicely when I checked in but there are some details that really need attention. The TV wasn’t working so I called front office and I was told someone would fix it in about an hour, nobody came. The next day I went downstairs and told another lady about the TV issue, she sent a guy that just messed with the control for about 5 minutes then said he would be back in 10 minutes and never came back. Not even a phone call to apologize or say they wouldn’t be able to do anything. So the whole weekend no TV…then you were able to see debris on the floor and hair in the sink and the shower. The sink was clogged and I didn’t even bother to ask to get that fixed because well they couldn’t even deal with the TV. I wont be staying in this hotel again you really do get what you pay for"
"The rooms were nice, but the staff at the front desk were a little rude during the morning when we went to go get breakfast, which is honey rolls, ding dons, and bad fruit. No drinks other than burnt coffee. It’s on the side of a freeway, but it was down the street from an H-E-B, so that’s neat. It is Motel style, which I think I completely forgot to look at when I was booking. Pretty nice all together!"
"The price reflects what you get. It brags high stars but someone is working the algorithms on this. It is ran cheaply. The sheets had worn spots and stains. The cleaning is NOT thorough. We found a clump of hair and dust ball in bathroom corner. The back of bathroom door was dirty and needed a good scrubbing. The shampoo didn’t even lather my hair…and it was NOT that dirty. Certain switches did not turn on. The breakfast that is offered was your choice of 2 hostess treats, sad looking apples and oranges. 2 juice machines and neither worked!! You WILL get what you pay for on this. Keep looking."
