"It is highly unfortunate that this particular location has no integrity or accountability for their employee's actions. My wife and I have used the IHG hotels for over 21 times since 2022 until this recent past weekend. We always would use a virtual card for all our stays for our security, now days you can't even trust your local gas station with your credit card. But nevertheless we weren't aware the policy had changed since our last stay. We called the night prior and asked precisely about the virtual card policy and the night worker at this location provided the wrong information about policy which led to us making the reservation. The next day the manager said that she couldn't charge the card on file to give us a room but she could charge the card on file for the full amount of a stay due to policy...... after telling her that her employee might have made a mistake she refuse to provide any customer service at all and help us out. We been members for 2 years with over 21 stays and its kind of funny we never had an issue or dealt with such a bad location but word of advise..... since the members might not be trained to avoid issues record your conversations in case you need proof. In this location the customer is not right and they don't care at all. Vacation ruined thank you."

"This hotel was more than we expected. It was very roomy and updated. The entire hotel was clean and organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a step above what was expected, both in quality and variety. We had a large group, and for once nobody complained about anything. That says a lot."

"The hotel is great,hot breakfast is great. Room service lacked of service but is because of their policy of not interruption while you stay. Meaning no one will come to your room to clean unless you ask on the front counter."

"The staff are extremely friendly friendly. Except the manager. I was staying at this hotel for work. I arrived Tuesday and when I came out to my truck Wednesday morning, I came out to a pile of glass and all my tools missing. Made a police report and everything so I thought all was good. Came back to the hotel after work Wednesday night around 530 and sat in my room watching out the window at my truck until 830. I laid down and around 1030 I had a sinking feeling so I decided to check and noticed more stuff had been taken out of truck again. Thursday morning while checking out the manager asked me why I was leaving early, I told her my company wanted to put my in a hotel that had cameras. That’s right. This place has ABSOLUTELY NO CAMERAS. I explained to the manager that even though you post signs that say they have no responsibility of the belongings of the guests that they should at least have cameras as a way to either deter the people coming out there and stealing or breaking into to vehicles. At the very least it would help the police when they come and do police reports on all these instances. According to the constable I spoke with, stuff like this happens at this site about every three weeks. I said except the manager earlier because when I explained to her that I’ve been to multiple cities for my company for extended stays in bigger cities in supposed worst areas that this never happened. Her response was “well that’s just the world we live.” Absolutely no compassion or empathy at all. Just complete dismissal. ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE."
