"Well where do I start: From the start the young lady at the front desk and attitude, but ok gave her the benefit of the doubt. My wife & I stayed there this past weekend , Sat - Monday Confirmation # 551320974 First the T.V didn't work , no dial tone for phone. Talk to the same young lady in the morning - ok so we came back to the hotel a couple of hours , she got us another room but after going back to the counter (3) times she keep scanning the cards for us to try . So after the (4) time trying the door my wife finally went up front to request another room this same young lady gave her another room just basically just slid the cards to her an NEVER DID SHE APOLOGIZE OR ANYTHING OF THAT NATURE. NO CUSTOMER SSERVICE AT ALL. She acted like she owned the place. So needless to say we'll never stay there again, and of course will tell everyone about our experience at your Hotel. Pete Juarez"

"I stayed there about 3 nights and im grateful i didn't have any major problems but little ones, i could get over, yes. Some things they can improve like, the water pressure on the bathroom sink was low, the bathtub would quickly flood when using it, the window didn’t have a curtain that slides to close it. The only privacy curtain was white and thin, made me uncomfortable to do anything outside the restroom. And lastly that surprise charge when I checked in… I thought i paid everything before, wasn’t notified about a $30 charge just in case i “ruined” anything. And I obviously didn’t im not sure if i will refunded that because everything is good. Will continue to check on that."

"Ive been here 2 nights and haven't been had a good night's sleep yet. Worst damn bed like sleeping on bricks. Is not going to make my list. Room is ok, the carpet is old but overall ok. And the tv is not a smart tv. I had to purchase a firestick....ugh! Do better. I'm pissed I have two more nights left. I can't post my room but I'm here 2nd floor."

"ETA: The afternoon desk staff was able to do a workaround to make sure we had working internet. He was very helpful, especially after reaching out to multiple customer support options the night prior. ------ The hotel was about what we expected for price/location/cleanliness. We were disappointed that the Internet was not functional for over 12 hours, so we weren't able to get work done at the hotel. We alerted three different people to the issue: The front desk person said she couldn't do anything about it. I waited on hold with the customer service via phone for 20 min only to be told they can't do anything about it. I emailed the manager and didn't hear back. No one claims responsibility for keeping a basic amenity working (and the solution is simple: restart the router)."
