"Place is very clean. I love it’s almost like my second home maybe my first home. The awesome guy Chan at night makes it smooth and takes care of any request within his ability. And Jagette is so kind to me . I am not a fan of hotels but this place does the trick and thanks guys."
"I really liked the place but only two things bothered me. 1) there was a roach. I didn't see many but I did see 2 of them. 2) the smell in the bathroom was horrible at certain times and we thought it probably was the pipes backing up because it smelled like sewage and it was not nice. The room was really clean and comfortable and quiet and the man that was there was ok. I would go back just for the simple fact that it was so quiet and affordable and comfortable."
"Rooms are very clean and the price is good. The ladies that clean the rooms are very sweet. The woman that works during the day is not very helpful at all. We paid for 5 days and made a mistake on the dates but the room was paid for. She would not help to fix the problem. She told me I had 15 mins to fix it or to leave. So I had to pay for one night 2 times. When I booked the room online it cost $53. When I had to pay for the one night again it cost $72. She could have been more helpful or understanding."
"My best friend booked a room on 11/24. Woke up to bites all over us! Took pics of the bed bugs and went to the office to report it and they told us there’s nothing they can do because we should have told them that night. We didn’t know it was infested until we woke up itching with welts after being ate up all night. They refused to refund our money. I will be disputing this with my bank. Do not book here! Them bed bugs are serious!!"
"I booked online for 3 adults when I arrived the lady tried to make me pay more money for an extra bed. If I could afford the two bed price I would have booked that. If 3 adults can NOT check in one room WHY is it listed online that they can. You would think since they don't have the Occupancy up to date they would accommodate us but no. Instead my sick mother and us are sitting in the car waiting for them to "refund" us. Book at your own risk. Hopefully no one else encounter this due to there mistake."
