"I wanted to like Haltom’s but had such a negative experience here. I went to get my ring resized and the representative was completely dumbfounded by the concept of lab grown diamonds and kept referring to them as moissanite. She was adamant that they only worked on “real” diamonds. After much discussion, input from the jeweler, a diamond tester, and some rude comments, they finally accepted the job. When I picked it up, it was not the size I asked for at all and I can no longer wear it. Because of the initial experience and another comment when I picked it up, I decided just to pay and leave because I’d much rather pay someone else to fix it than go back here. We were excited to buy wedding bands at this location but this experience made us choose another company."
