"Went in to buy drain cleaner. Store was clean and associates were helping customers. Great experience"
"The White Settlement Lowe’s location has become my favorite location to shop. The store always has the most courteous and polite associates. Today, a young fella named Houston(like the city) helped me with a customer service issue, and I gotta say, Houston provided excellent old-school customer service that only certain folks can provide. He is an asset to this store, and I can only hope he is appreciated. He is a rarity in today’s customer service climate."
"It's a full-time job just sorting through the plumbing/electrical bins trying to find the right part. IDK if it's lazy customers throwing stuff in the wrong spot or lazy employees, but there is absolutely no excuse for having such a misorganized plumbing section. My gut tells me it's a store policy to "not have empty space" on the shelves. Well enjoy the items I set down randomly as I walked out, maybe that will spur someone to actually organize their section correctly."
"I’ve had the Samsung washer for two years now and the 5 yr protection plan to go along with it. November 10th we had some repair shop they recommended come out to look at the washer itself because it all of the sudden quit spinning with any cycle we put it on. The repair shop we were given, I reached out to get an update and they said it was considered unfixable. So we submitted a claim with Lowe’s to get a new washer and they were supposed to send us a gift card in the mail and said to wait 7-10 business days. So we waited and then called the Lowe’s location we purchased the washer from off of hwy 183 in Fort Worth. They said somehow the postal service rerouted the money and it got sent back somewhere. Then we gave them the correct address 3 different times we had called and waited ANOTHER 7-10 business days and guess what? Still no card.. called customer service and spoke to a supervisor and supposedly they are expediting the amount we paid for the washer and it should get sent out AGAIN for the third time. No way are we purchasing from Lowe’s again. Thank goodness we didn’t purchase a Samsung refrigerator.. heard those were much worse. So do better with the customer service y’all provide when dealing with dissatisfied customers."
"Love my Lowe’s. I’m there almost everyday. I can do without the vendors you allow outside the exit. Girl scouts are fine. Anything else is annoying and intrusive. If you give these people your info, expect non-stop spam emails and robo calls. Come on Lowe’s…literally nobody likes it. Literally NOBODY!"
