Banana Republic Factory Store

"Great clothes! I was able to upgrade my work closet with the help of the employee lady who helped me pick out sweaters and jackets. The sales after Christmas are really good this year. I will be returning."

"Went in today despite the weather being bad because I really wanted some nice work clothes. I walked in with my boyfriend holding a bunch of shopping bags. We were immediately greeted by a sweet girl in the front that told us the sales going on and offered help if we needed it. Not even all the way to the first rack that we looked at we were greeted by another lady who offered help and we said we were looking for some work clothes and thanked her. She proceeded to follow us around the ENTIRE STORE and would interrupt conversations between my boyfriend and I to explain that the collared shirts we were looking at were for “nicer outfits.” She would continuously interject while standing behind us like a shadow and ask if we needed help. At one point I asked another associate if I could place my shopping bags up front at the register while I shopped because maybe the other employee thought we were going to shoplift or something of the sort. Of course, that didn’t work and she still followed us around interjecting every second she could. I finally walked away and went to look at something else. Low and behold, not even a few seconds later, she comes up to me while I’m looking at a full price item that I was actually intending on buying, or trying on, and she says to me “you should probably look at this rack instead” and gestured towards a sale rack. I ignored the comment and walked away. At that point I went and got my boyfriend and we left without purchasing anything. I felt very uncomfortable, unwelcome, and was not able to shop at all without a lingering shadow of this employee. Very disappointed."

"I went to this store yesterday and I received the best customer service I have ever gotten in a clothing store. The store attendant- Lucy- treated me so well and looked for clothes for me wear. She took her time and was patient with me the whole time. Please give her a raise and a promotion. I ended up buying more than what I wanted because of her service. I will be coming back to shop here and hopefully I will find her again."

"I was at Banana Republic last week and today I visited the store again I had never purchased there and what I bought I liked very much. I think I will be coming back."

"Banana republic has some good schwanky clothes if you're in the into swanky clothes. The prices are kind of high but so is the quality. The staff are friendly but they didn't have very many registers open at times where the line was pretty long. They tend to have pretty good sales."
