"Visited to finish school clothes shopping and fitting room attendant was so rude and literally jerked clothes out of my daughters hands. I don’t know what was going on with her but that’s unacceptable. If you’re having a bad day don’t show up to work. The very same individual kept rolling her eyes and just displayed the rudest behavior. Not a good representation for H&M. It takes zero effort to be nice. I asked to speak to manager and my complaint fell on def ears. She blankly starred at me and had no emotion. Her apology was insincere. I wish I didn’t even have to leave 1 star to review."
