"Zero stars for customer service. Tried to return some never worn with tags still attached items or get store credit. Owner would not allow because I was 1 day past they 14 day return policy. Items bought Nov 3 and tried to return Nov 18. No one mentioned the policy, it wasn’t on the receipt, was only posted on a small note on the wall behind the register in print too small to read. No store credit even. No help. Now I have dresses that don’t fit. Worst business model I’ve ever seen. They already don’t have foot traffic and with this treatment I can see why. Will never shop there again and will never recommend because of the extremely poor experience. I would’ve kept supporting the business had store credit been offered, but no and if that’s how you help customers then I’ll go somewhere that actually values it’s customers. Mentioned corporate not letting them help me when we all know they’re a small business. So disappointed. Edit: The store didn’t offer to exchange my dresses until after 3 different conversations with the owner and 3 separate no’s. Let’s be honest here that option wasn’t offered until you’d already lost me as a customer. You clearly care more about getting product out the door than you do retaining customers."
