"We had to give one star to post this message, otherwise this company would not have gotten even one star from us. We brought in two watches that are my husbands, and Mark, the owner, said "we will have to send one of these watches off, because of the way the watch is made" and this will take approximately six weeks. He also said that it would need a complete overhaul and that was why he needed to send it off. Before we took the watch to Mark, my husband had never had a problem with this watch, with the exception of needing a battery. We had business coming up in a little over six weeks, but agreed to leave the one watch with him to send off for repair. Upon getting the watch back that he sent off, which took more than six weeks, the watch was not working the first time my husband put on, and I phoned Mark to tell him that it was not working. I brought the watch back in to Mark and he said "It is probably not working because it has been dropped", which was the wrong assumption on his part. The watch had not been dropped and had not even been worn until the day we called him and realized that it did not work, after his repairs. I said to Mark, who did you send this off too, and his response was "I did not send the watch off, I did the repairs here", when he initially told us that he sent it off and that would be the reason for the large sum that he would have to charge. I am disgusted because I know that he was deceitful, and if that is how he does business, I hope that other people will read this and please take note."

"I dropped off two of my husbands watches for new batteries. Both faces started to fog after pick up. We were told that it is due to the age of the watch; however, it seems very suspicious that it occurred at the exact same time to both watches after picking up from this establishment. We were told there is no way they are at fault, but that is hard to believe. I would consider somewhere else for watch repairs in the future."
