Our pool came out exactly as we contracted and the follow up service has been top notch. One evening , on a Friday, we had a simple issue with our pump. Jacob came to our house that evening to review the situation and resolve on his own time. Fantastic customer service . I highly recommend Richard’s Total Backyard.
