"UPDATE I was contacted by Chad.... What a pleasant person to speak to. I really appreciate his time and patience but most importantly his understanding. I never want to be a mean spirited person. Especially seeing that one person I look up to has a model (DO SOMETHING GOOD FOR SOMEONE EVERYDAY) I not only look up to him but I Love him like my grandfather. I watch him try to do something for someone everyday and I will keep trying to do the same. Again they do good work at this location I do pray after this they will do better. Nickey My sister suggested this place for my Japanese Akita, she said the one on State St. can't do nails well, they made her dog's nails bleed. I called this place to give all the details about my dog and get a price all set, I had my twin daughters take him. I guess they thought it was an easy target. First red flag, she told my daughter we were given the wrong price, I told her the price I was given is the price I will pay. (later found out it was over priced by $4) She did an amazing job on the deshedding. Go to pick him up and here comes the new price. She stated because he pooped while she was washing him it would cost $50 more. Confused, my daughter called me, I told her to pay and I would deal with them later. This location over charged me by $80, and thought I was gonna let that slide nope not me, wrong one. After calling other locations it was time to contact the bosses and my American Express card and report fraud. The manager has a nasty attitude and she's a liar and so is her staff. She's extremely unprofessional, she told me I asked for a trim around his balls yeah okay not, I asked for a deshedding and not to touch his nails I'll leave that to a professional his doctor. She finally told me she's not refunding my money, next call to report your business to the SOS business department. Fortunately before I could do any damage the District Manager stepped in and rectified the problem. If you decide to go to this location I suggest you wait for your dog and check pricing. As good as she was at caring for my dog, I will never trust them again. My dog is my family and if you lie to me I never want to deal with you again. Triple check prices call several stores if you choose this location."

AJ's groomer, Thomas was not only quick but also highly skilled, resulting in an awesome grooming job. The efficiency and quality of service were outstanding.
