"The customer care is very rude and careless. They judge people by the way they dressed . I tired to go in there to rescue a cat but because I am very short so they talked to me very rudely like I am child. Speacially when you are person of color like me. They only treat whites and white skinned people nicely ! This is a truth and no one can’t say I am lieing! As a nurse that i am I couldve brought 5 cats if i wanted but instead they rescue team be rude and think that i am minor that just want to pet a cat because they decided to judge a book by its cover. I spoke to the manager he was kind and helpful!"

"Shout out to Mike, the store manager and another employee (didn't get his name). My SUV wasn't turning on after I picked up my cavapoo from getting her vaccines, and he actually took a moment to help me get my car started! I would've had to wait hours for AAA. That was such a kind gesture. The other employee was the one that was asking all his colleagues who would be able to help me! I am blown away by the kindness of this store and its employees. They also always treat my cavapoo with such care. So thank you! You guys are amazing!"

I went to this PetSmart location to help my clients pick out everything they needed for their beautiful new Pitbull, Victoria :) We were lucky enough to be helped by Jeff, who is a valuable asset to this store. He was extremely helpful, kind, attentive, and knew SO MUCH about dogs and the products available- We learned about foods, shampoos, he even had grooming and training tips to boot! I thought I already knew everything about pet care, but Jeff taught THIS old dog some new tricks LOL. Great shopping experience!"
