"I don’t appreciate your team calling me before my pups appointment saying oh he had a comprehensive exam due with his Lyme disease shot and that I need to reschedule because my dog is DIFFICULT! Who is she to say my dog is difficult??? A lot of dogs are nervous when seeing the vet. My dog is not aggressive what so ever. Yes he gets nervous when it’s time for exams and exhibits not bad behavior at all only nervousness. NATALIE tells me oh your dog is difficult which I am very offended by! And then VANESSA wants to argue with me yelling at me trying to tell me they will charge me extra for my dog anal glands being expressed which he has been getting this since he was a baby. And never been charged extra! How are you telling me you’re charging me extra when I pay for my Banfield every month?? She said if they have to add an extra person to hold him during the procedure she will charge me more?? Excuse me?? Isn’t this Banfield job to make sure my pup is comfortable?? I will not recommend this location at ALL! Very unprofessional. Who argues with a customer. I will be calling corporate as well!"

"I live out of state and needed a script for my dogs reconcile as my office was shut down due to a major snow storm in Denver. I was told that it would be as simple as just taking her into a different location and pick up my meds. I made an appointment at this location and told them my situation. I still had a few to get my girl by so I was pretty annoyed that they called me day of, 2 hours before her appointment that they couldn’t see me. insane bc Prozac is not a medication that can be stopped so I’m already running VERY low but I had a little more so I agreed for another day and they barely got me in for today —-I made sure to let them know (AGAIN) I only was coming to get the script and needed nothing more. I assumed bc it’s a banfield, and all the records are there that it wouldn’t be an issue. Per my vets advice, it should’ve only been a routine check up and on my way with the meds. When I got there they told me that the blood work was absolutely necessary in order to the script. I didn’t feel like this was true, and kept asking why this needed to be done, especially since they have her file and she had blood work done in sept. They asked me twice about nail trims, anal gland expressions, or teeth cleaning and I had already told them on multiple occasions that I did NOT need anything else for this visit and that I ONLY NEEDED HER MEDS. This is how I know it was a scam bc they just wanted more to tack onto my bill. My bill was $366 and I was anticipating maybe $120-140 for my visit, meds and rabies. I was so floored by this amount and felt so uneasy, especially since I kept questioning it. After I left, I felt so upset and I called my vet office back home detailed my situation and was told that none of that blood work was medically necessary for what I needed. This place is unorganized and they 100% scam you into unnecessary medical procedures. They make you feel bad for denying something and gas light you into thinking that something has to be done. After all this, they don’t even carry the medication that I needed? It was all for money and I didn’t get what my baby needed. I left bamboozled and the fact that I still have to go fill this script else where and pay for that is ridiculous. Go somewhere else! And don’t let them pressure you into unnecessary bullshit!! They bank on your feelings when you’re just trying to take care of your baby"

"Haven't had any bad experiences yet, honestly, this is a good vet to take your pets to and I have 2 of my puppies in a wellness plan and I don't regret it"

"Received a call stating that they overbooked our appointment and had to cancel because we made our appointment through their website. I called and talked to the Practice Manager (Carla) who was unprofessional and told me she “doesn’t even know what their website says” when booking online. They tried to pitch that we could bring our dog in if we purchased a wellness plan…..how miraculous that a wellness plan creates openings. This is the second time that we’ve had this issue with Banfield and the fact that they prioritize a membership over your pet’s health says it all."

"Amazing service! The team is very compassionate and informative. This is my dog's least favorite activity, no offense, but she always wags her tail when she sees the team and this speaks volume. Keep up the great work everyone, you get 5 stars from me and 2 paws up from Bela."
