"Stay away from the Klearvue cabinets! It was the worse decision we ever made. We were looking at some more expensive cabinets but we were convinced to go with the budget friendly Klearvue cabinets. The lady who I will not name was very nice and seemed knowledgeable but she made a lot of mistakes with the items she ordered when working on the design. The entire experience has been stressful and frustrating. Had to go back to the store to find out they forgot to give us items when we told them stuff was missing. She kept saying she put prepared the order with her manager and special order items came from the distribution center. Well, items came damaged and we had to return and just found some more damaged items. I’m tired or having to go return stuff. I wish I never went to Vernon Hills Menards to look at cabinets. All I can say is don’t even look at Klearvue! It was supposed to be an easy DIY installation but has turned into our worst nightmare because of all the problems we’ve had."

"Beautiful store, very clean and organized but I don’t like how the employees are prejudice and constantly keeping an eye on me as I go get my pick up order. When I came in I greeted an employee but he simply ignored me and eye me up and down. Guess seeing a woman of color they seem to be on their toes as if I’m going to steal something."

"Large two story store. Fun to walk around and shop. Usually if it's sold out at the Menards closer to me we will take a trip here and they usually have it."

"One of the largest Menards I have ever been to with two floors and a nice pair of wide escalator-ramps. Clean and spacious store. Friendly and helpful staff at the front areas. Ordered something online and pick-up area was located all the way at the back. No one was there. I rang the bell and waited a good 5-minutes until the person manning the area stopped by. They said they were busy and was on a complaining-roll. Felt bad but I think they could have kept it to a minimum. Video'd just some of their cedar products. Overall, nice store with everything you need for around the house."

"Short&sweet highly disappointed. Especially with their garden center. Could not find any help in garden center also register was close on a Saturday? The poor plants definitely needed some attention and they had racks of plants everywhere."
