"The worst CVS store ever. I always have to wait 30-40 minutes for them to attend the call. sometime they just pickup and disconnect the call. If my insurance didnt force me to use CVS, I would go to Walgreens always. No wonder CVS keeps on loosing money."

"Received automated call that an RX was filled & ready for pick-up. I have approximately a month's worh of this RX on hand & never requested a refill. Suspect pharmacists filled RX assuming I was almost out; I have asked numerous times, in past, that RXs not be filled unless I specifically ask for a refill. Called location to advise RX not needed. After going through the numerous prompts you have to go through before being connected to a staff member (maybe 3 mins?) I was transferred. The call was picked up on 2nd ring. I was on a speaker phone & I advised person I received call regarding an RX ready for pick-up. She took me off of speaker & stated she would be with me in a moment. I could hear background noise (staff talking to one another, scraping noise on surface as tablets were being counted, etc). After 10 mins, I cleared my throat & said hello, someone said 'will be with you in a moment.' After 12 minutes I finally hung up. This isn't first time I've had to wait an extended amount of time for assistance when I've called. This location has been going downhill in service for that last 1.5 yrs"
