"I unfortunately had a flat tire in front of this business. I waited for about a half an hour for a tow truck to help. I know the men in this business were aware of what was going on because they stood in the window watching everything happen. I went inside to ask if I could use the bathroom and they told me no. Really awesome of you Jerks to deny a woman in distress the ability to use the bathroom. I feel bad for your wives and daughters!"

"Ralph and his team of groomers are incredible! I have been taking my rescued deaf/blind senior poodle to them, and she feels safe and looks great. I am very happy with everything at Puffy Pup. My sister's Great Pyrenees had never been professionally groomed and had some mats, and Ralph and the team were able to work a miracle on her! She has no mats now, and she looks amazing. She can be a challenge during home grooming, but she did great at Puffy Pup. They really know what they are doing, and the dogs know they are in good hands."

"We moved this summer to Buffalo Grove and my babygirl was now in need of a nail trim and we had no idea where to take her being new to the area! It takes her a bit to get used to new places and people but everyone at the Puffy Pup welcomed us and made KitKat feel comfortable! She was a bit skittish during the trim being on the table and never having the fur between her paws trimmed but they were very patient with her squirming. She came home and ran around everywhere and was so happy with her freshly trimmed nails! Thank you so much, we will definitely be back again!!"
