"Usually a good experience here but not at the Pet Party today. Walked down an aisle to see the samples offered. Tammy the store lead was chatting with a customer. When we walked past her she said "there's a line here, we all have to wait in line" like we were kids! My husband was made to look stupid by this rude comment and said ok, we will leave then. I asked 3x what the line was for before she said the dog wash. We didn't even want the dog wash. This was a sales opportunity to bring people in, instead she chased away 2 good customers by her attitude. There was no reason to talk to us like that."

The only reason why I didn't put down 5 stars is that often times my required food selection isn't always on the shelf...so off I go to another location."
