"I have a VERY well mannered and trained female lhasa. I dropped her off to be trimmed. My husband picked her up. Later that evening we found MANY deep cuts around our fur baby's neck. Kathy never said a word about cutting her as badly as she was cut. It's been 2 years today since my little baby has been to this awful groomer. My fur baby has never been cut up again since we stopped taking her to Edward scissor hands. This lady , no, person , shouldn't even have a license to groom animals."
