"I stayed at hometown Studio Chicago Naperville North Aurora for around 11 days total at one point I even booked an additional room for a family member. I came in contact with several staff members some of which I don't have their names the ones I do are Kumar, Maria, and Annie. These people as well as the cleaning staff I met in another manager were very helpful with great personality and amazing customer service. The rooms are very nice and accommodating and suited all my needs. Any needs concerns that I had were handled very promptly with no issues at all. The only problem that I had was with the app that I used to book the room and again Kumar Maria and my apologies that I don't know the name of the other manager that handled it they were on it ASAP and they spent about an hour and a half if not more dealing with a very uneasy to deal with customer service team from the app that I booked with. Again please understand this problem was no fault of the hotel or any of the staff and they still spent their time handling it and technically they did not have to I was very appreciative and I recommend this hotel to anyone that's traveling and needs to Lodge in that area. Thank you Hometown Studios for the great stay in the great service at any point that I need to be in that area again I would definitely be back to your establishment"

"I had the most wonderful experience at the red Roof Inn . The customer service / front desk guy Dave was fantastic. He greeted us at the door and was very nice. He gave us a complimentary bottle of water and a bag of snacks upon arrival. He was also very helpful with everything. Thanks for making my birthday special."
