The pharmacist spent time tracking down two smaller dosages (to combine - found in 2 separate CVS locations). Took it upon herself to call my doctor’s office to have them call in the two new prescriptions to their location & one nearby. Amazing customer service! This mama is grateful."

"I had been going to the CVS in the Target, North Aurora but decided to try this one because I thought it would be quicker with their drive through. Well I got a few texts saying my prescription was ready for pick up. I called in and said I would be by in a day or two so please don't put it back. I get there and I'm told that they put it back but I have 2 orders waiting to be filled. I was confused because I only had one order open. Turns out they had only 7 tablets on hand and the other portion of 53 weren't available. They had my prescription for a good week. Why did they send me texts telling me it was available and also not even order the balance of my pills, during a week? They ask me to come back. I asked that a manager call me. He did call quickly, I believe his name was Clint, but he hadn't bothered to investigate what my problem was and never was able to answer why my order hadn't been filled. I got another text saying it was ready but it still wasn't right. I asked Clint, if I came back could he assure me my order would be filled correctly. He said he couldn't guarantee it but most likely it would. At this point I decided to come back rather than try and transfer to another location. It was correct the last time however Clint was there, saw me drive up and made no effort to say hi and ask if everything was ok. I had even thought there might be a $5 gift card or at least a small note for all of the inconvenience to me. It seems like the staff has no idea what is going on, doesn't care and made no effort to check into what was happening. I will never go to this store ever again."
