"Called Cindy to board my Great Dane for Memorial weekend, and she was more than happy to accommodate. Unfortunately, when I picked up my dog and returned home. I observed him not acting like his normal self. To make a long story short, I had to rush my dog the ER because he would not eat and only wanted to stay in his Kennel and not move. I called Cindy and asked her if my dog was acting wonky or if she had another dog there that may have been sick? Cindy did confirm that she had one dog that had Kennel Cough but they never crossed paths, and since my dog was vaccinated it couldn’t affect him. I shared this information with the veterinarian and she shared that Kennel cough can spread through the air without the dog ever touching each other and vaccinated or not, this is a highly contagious disease. I’m highly upset that this boarding stay have cost me a very ill puppy and over one thousand dollars in veterinary fees (ER VISIT, X-rays, lab work, and respiratory labs) This was a horrible experience and I will never return there ever again. I wrote this post not to chastise Cindy because I do personally believe she treats the all animals with great care. I do believe that it was a poor decision to board other people dogs knowing you have a dog on hand with a highly contagious disease."
"Cindy and Paul are such amazing people. I have been leaving my Golden retriever here since he was 3 months old. They always take care of him, and now that we adopted another puppy he have been staying here for several times and they always have a great time with the other dogs. In addition, I had an emergency travel and my puppy was sick, Cindy and Paul take care of him and gave him all his medicines. I really recommend this amazing place 100%. Thank you Cindy and Paul for loving our puppies."
"We bring our 2 large dogs to Cindy and Paul quite often and have nothing but stellar experiences. With large runs and frequent playtime, they always come home happy pups. Its obvious that Cindy and Paul care about our dogs well being and the pricing is more than fair. Would reccomend this boarding place to anyone."
"Cindy and her service is beyond amazing. She took in our beloved dog when he would have gone to a shelter to die otherwise. We had an emergency in our family due to a sudden death and immediately knew we had to find a foster home for him or take him to a shelter. Cindy generously offered to board him at her facility and make sure our dog would be cared for long term. Our dog is very well taken care of, the cottages are so awesome because our baby is not used to bring around other dogs. Cindy has taken time with our dog gradually getting to know him and making him feel safe. I can't imagine our sweet dog being anywhere else. I feel our dog is safe, secure and with people who actually care. thank you Cindy!"
