"Hotel is great. Room svce is very bad. I stayed for a week. They don't clean Just change the towels; sometimes. All else good."

"They finally upgraded their rooms. Breakfast is from 7am to 9am. Coffee is available at all times. Staff at the front desk are professional and friendly."

"This is really bad for werner I came in after a long week i lost my card so I had cash apple pay and the card number.on my phone lady says we only have to have the physical card there is no Way around it she says and I quote our system is really old and you have to share a room. Why is it they are making it miserably hard to get a room. By myself. Do better, have options for payment atleast. And don't be dismissive to the people that make money for the company."

"The rooms are small but nice, the beds are comfortable, the staff are very friendly and nice, and each room has a microwave and refrigerator. It’s a safe place to stay out of the weather and the rates are good. Granted it’s not a five star luxury hotel but it’s clean and they work to keep it this way."
