Omni Dallas Hotel

"I recently attended a banquet at the Omni and was so impressed with the food and service for a very large crowd. The food was delicious and beautifully presented and served at the right temperature. Quite a feat! ( Even the butter for rolls was decorative!) My only complaint is the parking. It is so difficult, and with the convention center right there and so many people walking around, it took forever just to get into the parking garage."

"John Brown went above and beyond, he took the time to show us all of the features in the hotel room, he was EXTREMELY friendly, he packed and unpacked all of our luggage and placed it where we wanted it to go. He was super supportive of our cheerleaders at one of their most stressful competitions. I was super impressed he even knew some cheer lingo, he was our cheerleaders cheerleader this weekend. What an awesome employee! Thank you, John Brown ❤ Valerie at check in was super sweet too!"

"I Had an amazing experience at the spa. Booked by phone with a very nice gentleman named Eddie. Brandy and Kimberly were our massage therapists. Great attention to detail and accommodating to our requests. The spa was very clean. Beautiful experience with a nice view and complimentary champagne. Top tier service was served!"
