"Breakfast was amazing and so was happy hour. Other than that not a great Hilton property. Our rooms air conditioning and heating didn’t work. They had to provided a portable heater. They never restocked our room and had to call down daily. Get a room that does not face the freeway. Could hear traffic and emergency responders all night. The treadmill didn’t work nor did our tv in the room. They said they would send someone but nobody showed up. Room was rundown but lobby was nice. As an honors member they didn’t leave fruit or chocolate in the room. Had to ask for it. Hotel is similar to a holiday inn now."

"I read some negative reviews, but decided to see for myself. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. Free breakfast with all the traditional options including omelets made to order. Happy hour every night at the bar with free drinks. The food at the bar was excellent. Easy access to the freeway. The pool could've been a little cleaner, but that wasn't a big deal to me. Exercise room open 24 hours. Room key was required to enter the hotel at night. I'd definitely stay there again."

"The level of hospitality needs significant improvement. On the first night we called the front desk for towels since there were only two sets in the room even though they were aware four people would be in the room. They said we would need to come down and pick them up. The sheets did not fit the bed and came off multiple times while sleeping, there was a huge hole in the wall that a mirror was covering up but could still be seen. The sink near the fridge had a constant drip. They came to clean the room when were about to leave so we asked if they could give us 15 minutes. They never came back and when we asked the front desk they said they do not do second attempts. We then asked for fresh washcloths and again we had to go to the front desk to get them. We love Embassy Suites but this is our second bad experience at this specific location. We will not give it a third chance."
