"The absolute worst customer service I’ve experienced. Front desk lady didn’t listen to hardly anything I said and kept cutting me off. Better off scheduling elsewhere don’t go here!!"

"Let me preface by explaining that I am in the optical industry and have never spoken ill of any optical until now. Please be very wary of this optical and its practices. My brother in law went in for an exam at this facility on November 10, 2022 to get his eyes examined. He did not want to purchase a pair of eyeglasses from them as he would get them from me (I am in the industry and have been in optical services for 20+ years). This optical refused to print him a copy of his eye exam so he could take the prescription elsewhere to get his glasses made. Fast forward to the last two weeks. I tried calling to get his RX sent to me but no one answered their phone at the optical so I could get his RX emailed to me. It wasn’t until the 14th (4 days after his rx expired) that they answered and told me they wouldn’t give me a copy. Very convenient. If this optical refuses to give you the RX because you will not be buying from them please call your local BBB, congressman or a lawyer as this is not a legal practice."

"Dr. William Jackson and his staff are excellent. Dr. Jackson is very thorough and made sure that I understood every step of my examination. He not only examined my eyes but he educated me during the process about the way things work with my eyes. I walked away from my appointment with a better understanding and several options for my treatment. My appointment allowed me to gain an understanding of the complete examination and the importance of each detail during the appointment. Dr. Jackson, also resolved the appointment by allowing me to ask any questions I may have when he completed the exam. THANKS, Dr. Jackson and staff for a wonderful experience during my appointment."
