"The last time i went my appointment was canceled because the provider had a emergency.. which has happen with the same provider before… i needed a refill on a medication which is why i was going.. i ask could i just see someone else since this provider was un unreliable they told me they didn’t have any opening for a week.. Thats not helpful i would be out of medicine due to their mistake.. i rather drive to houston then mess around with this unreliable place !"

"Went to see Dr , walked in ask if they had time to see me on Saturday at 245 . After I barely limped all the way in with them watching me barely walk. They said no they didn’t have time to see me no more apps available . Thought walking was acceptable. The three you ladies behind desk was just hanging out shooting the bull and laughing. I said so you don’t have time today and they said no . Very rood and do t care. These type of people only there for a paycheck not a career. I hope when they go some place and they doors aren’t open at posted opening time they remember this. Was there a year ago for a stomach issue. Said they needed more test and would be contacting me to schedule them. That has been over a year ago . Good thing I went to another clinic and was taken care of . Very very rood for our small town ."

"Front desk is very unprofessional which is very disappointing being that the Dr I see is wonderful. Have a family member that was looking for a new Dr. and sent her to West Chambers Mont Belvieu only for her to be treated , by front desk, very unprofessional, rude, and uncaring of her situation. Was told after arriving 12 min late that her appointment was cancelled and that there was no way the Dr would see her. She explained her situation (after driving a 1.2hr to get there and had all her paperwork and insurance pre filled out and ready to go) and had called into the call center to notify (which call center did say there was a 10 min window) and front desk said that they didn't see any call in and that it was now 12 min and she was cancelled and no way she would be seen. When asked if she could just wait and see if she could be fit in, The "supervisor" stated that the Dr would not see her and that she would have to make a new appt. (the "supervisor" NEVER asked the Dr.") Sad thing is that the Dr is wonderful and if knew about this situation, she would've worked her in, cause she is that awesome with her patients. (Dr. Katy)"

"Visited with with a Dr by the name of Vivian, had a very unpleasant visit. She was very rude. Did not want to listen to anything I had to say, rushed me in and rushed me out with a matter of five minutes. All she had to tell me was, it’s all you it’s all you it. She did not want to listen to any reason why I cannot take a test. Did not want to listen to any of my injuries I had in my nose. When I asked her if I can get something for my sinuses it was like an inconvenience for her. It took me longer to sit down then it did with the visit with her very unprofessional highly recommend do not going to the facility. Been to this facility numerous times, and had very pleasant visit. But I can assure you I will not go back and see this lady in which she calls herself a doctor is an understatement."
