"I came here to take my Spanish II class back in 2017 and the professor discriminated against me due to my age. I was the oldest in her Spanish II class (I was 29 and everyone else was 18-25) and she said and I quote “because you haven’t taken a Spanish class in two years and given your age I seriously doubt that you’ll even do well in this class.” What kind of professor would say that to ANY student? I was also the ONLY African American student in the class too."
"Small but well kept and humble facility."
"Good facility. Most staff standoff. The regular government workers."
"I took the A+ pc repair class there ++++ Fraga campus is reviving that area of the second ward I remember the time this was an empty lot Thumbs up for HCCS for building this campus And Thanks to the tax payers for allowing this campus built with one of bonds on previous ballots"
"First impression of HCC-Southeast FRAGA is unwelcomeing, no one smiles or greet you immediately. It is too quite and no one is laughing or enjoying their job. I went to an evening meeting and this was my experience. My second visit for another meeting in the morning the same first impression. But, I stayed downstairs a little longer and I heard the front desk greet students as they entered. I never hear the phone ringing or phone conversations. It was gloomy and not alot of variety of food courts in the area. It is disappointing to not hear birds chirping only dogs barking. It is scary at night with dogs out of control and consistently barking furiously. I will not be surprised if someone gets attacked by dogs trying to go to college. If you walk or bus rider my advice have someone drop you off or walk with a partner. It is pitch black no street lights down street. Looks like Nightmare on Elm Street!"
