"Checked this place out when I was going to build my wagoneer. I would run from him. Advertises all the time. Obviously gets nothing done. There was at least 3 different groups of customers pissed when I went. States you need to pay money down to build a motor. Just a scam to get cash in the door."

"***** UPDATE 11/12/21 ***** Chad Higgs is no longer the owner, this is a big relief to many of the customers that are in contact with each other. The new owner is Robert and his service manager David contacted me today. Immediate update and photos delivered, they are aware of the backlog of issues and I really hope they treat their customers right. I’ll provide info when I have it . ****************************** We are now 6 (updated 9 months, …now at 13 months) months into a 3-5 week (quoted time) project. LS swap, T56 swap, disc brakes, power steering. I understand they had an issue with some motor sourcing issues early on and back order delays. I have asked from the beginning to have periodic communication and have gotten none. It takes multiple messages & calls to ever speak with someone if at all. If there is a delay let the customer know. A quick message or call once a month to update me of delays shouldn’t be that difficult. I’m hoping the result is worth the wait, but as of now it’s no information and no car completed. I will update this review when I get my car back."

"This movie started in January (so get your popcorn ready) I sent my down payment of $3,500. Made arrangements with the guy to drop off in April so I dropped my car off at his shop I was told that it would be ready in 2 weeks. That's when the lies began! Would message him and there to see how things were going he would say like oh yeah it will be ready tomorrow tomorrow would come and he wouldn't answer calls or messages. Today is July 16th of 2021 two weeks ago he sent me a picture the motor inside the car so I was thinking wow now we are getting somewhere! So I asked him for some videos he wouldn't respond called him several times no answer! I finally got in touch with him and he told me oh yeah man the car is running it just had vibrations going at 30mph that they were trying to figure out again I asked for pictures and videos personally on the phone he said as soon as we hang up he would send them this was the 15th of July. I decided to make the drive the 2 1/2 hour drive from where I live to check on the car since he decided not to send videos or respond again! I showed up to the place and my car has been sitting there untouched! Mind you he sent a picture of the motor in the car and today it was magically gone when I showed up! I have several messages where he would say we are almost done oh the city had to dig up a water on my property so I can't get the car done! So today on my trip over there I got my car back this is unprofessional! For this to be a top rated garage nothing was done to my car for 4 months!! I would not recommend this place at all!!"

"I have a 71 Cutlass Supreme and I requested to have a LS swap. Chad was very honest and upfront about the process. I went with a 5.3ls with a small cam and added duel exhaust. They changed the suspension all the way around and disc brakes. It was a long process but well worth my time and money. I’ve referred his shop to several people. He will definitely do my next project."
