"Honest and friendly. They diagnosed my dishwasher with a failed power panel and discussed pro and con of replacing the panel $225 vs a new dishwasher. Unfortunately my new Frigidaire dishwasher was only 15 months and out of the 1 yr warranty. I opted for a new dishwasher after reading reviews that Frigidaire has repeated failed power panel even after replacing (lemon product!). In total I was charged $95 of the routine visit fee."

"Jason was very courteous during the initial service call. An appointment was set up quickly, as he understood the urgency of the repair. Jason’s line of communication was excellent and he made sure I knew he was in route. During the repair, it was apparent that Jason is extremely knowledgeable. "I have used A-1 for the third time now. First, I bought a refurbished Maytag washer from them, that was 9 or so years ago, still ticking! They also serviced the dryer when the lint backed up, great. Lastly my fridge fritzed on me, they were very friendly, helpful and got me what I wanted, replaced and delivered next day! So happy with everything. Thank you"
