Motel 6 Dallas, TX - Northwest 2380 West Northwest Highway, Dallas, TX 75220

"I’m a truck driver and due to mechanical issues I had to stay here for 2 nights. Initially everything looks nice until you look closer. Stains on the couches, roaches, and the bed is super uncomfortable. At checkout I was in limbo because I didn’t know if I was going to have to stay another night or if my truck would be ready. So I checked out and informed them of my situation, but apparently you aren’t allowed to wait in the lobby for more than an hour, at which time I was kicked outside into the cold to wait. I was literally in no one’s way and not effecting anyone while I waited for my company to let me know which direction I would be going. Will never stay here again. No where to eat nearby and have to walk half a mile to the closest store. They offer room service menu, but it is extremely over priced."

"Great location with updated, clean rooms. Staff are always pleasant to do business with and I appreciate that very much when dealing with folks who aren't rooted in North America. Superb experience all the way around the board. Thanks again. I'll see you guys soon!"

"Horrible, cleaning man barged in before check out while my boyfriend and I were still getting dressed yelling and cursing at us. Tried to charge a $100 deposit at check in when we stayed there a few weeks ago and we did not pay one. A guest who overheard me saying I didn’t have to pay one last time confronted the employee and said she only paid $50 not $100. When the guy at check in was confronted he said oh and then charged us $50 deposit fee. We did not have this horrible service the first time but it was horrible this time."

"This Motel 6 is very convenient to highways and attractions in the Dallas area, but the rooms are desperately in need of a thorough deep cleaning!! When you first walk into the room you are overwhelmed by the smell of bleach. This was deceiving. There was mildew/mold in the bathroom ie: ceiling, around the tub. The shower head looked as if it had never been cleaned as well at the wall switches. There was a red stain on the wall near the trashcan in the bathroom, I'm hoping it was just some ketchup and not anyone's blood. One of the cheaper rooms in the area for a busy Red River weekend, so I guess you get what you pay for."
