"Elevators were down for half of the week we stayed there. The key cards don't work to let you in the bldg of your room. You're constantly having to go to the front desk and ask them to give you a new key. They need to get an entirely new keyless entry system that works. It rained several days and the whole parking lot pretty much gets flooded and they allow pets but have a very small pet station by the dumpster to take your dog to but they don't have poop bags. Most of the front desk employees were very nice, but management should take the time to fix the elevators and the keyless entry situation. It's entirely unacceptable."

"First time staying here. I do not recommend this hotel. When we first arrived to our room it smelled like cigarettes. We requested a different room. We were relocated to a different room. We had a party of 6. I asked for more towels obviously since they were only 2 stocked in the room. I was told they do not have more towels and housekeeping did not either. Rooms weren't clean. Our bed sheets had stains on them. The picture frame had roach droppings it in. I felt very disgusted staying here."

"Most of the staff was very friendly, but we were told that we could have three pets in the room but after we had paid and checked in we were told we were not allowed to have three pets. We also booked for a week, and we prepaid, but ended up getting charged for another day in spite of us not having been there a week yet. I would be hesitant to book with them again. Furthermore, the rewards points we were supposed to get were not given to our account and we are still struggling to get them added on. The hotel is nice, the amenities are good, but overall rather troublesome. The perks are access to free washing and drying, free coffee anytime of the day or night, and a workout room with a decent amount of equipment. They also have a barbecue grill outside that you can use, but one of the barbecue grills did not have propane. The other one did so there's that. It is very well however. Very clean and neat. The other residents were very enjoyable to be around. If not for the booking issues that arose and the conditions of getting our rewards points, I would go back."
