"Great prompt service !!! They came within an hour of making an online appointment (for the next day) and speaking on the phone. Got a free estimate and a fair explanation of what they were doing including seen what the camera showed. The cost of the main line unclogging and inspection was priced within what I expected, and having the piece of mind that it was not a tree root or a broken line, is priceless. Plus, the 6 months warranty adds to that. Got an estimate for power washing the lines to remove coagulated grease and got advise on how to unclog a secondary line that would have required removing the toilet and would cost more. Overall I am highly satisfied with Andres Barriosnuevo service, his clear explanations, professionalism and knowledge and the camera service provided by his supervisor. I am glad I called Roto-Rooter and let a professional handle what could have been a frustrating operation by a novice, and I recommend you call them instead of trying to do it by yourself. Plus, knowing that the problem with the 2 toilets lines are not as bad as I feared, makes their service worth the money."

After clearing the drain he filled the sink several times to make sure the issue was resolved. The clogged was affecting 2 apartment units and now my residents are happy."
