"I came by your place this morning because I had a flat tire. Your representative told me that you guys don’t even order my tires because they are too bothersome. Then I asked if you could at least try to air my tire up. Your representative told me I had to have two dollars cash and I don’t even carry cash on me. I thought you guys helped people when their tires went flat. I will never go back to your establishment again nor will I ever recommend your establishment to anyone I know."

"I have had many vehicle repaired with Craig and he is very knowledgeable and gets right to the issue the first time saving me money. He never tries to sell me repairs I do not need. I get in and out quickly and I can trust that the work is reliable. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicles. I have also had many nails and screws taken out of my tires and patched and they have always worked well. He saved me money and I didnt have to replace the tires. I have also bought new tires from him that were amazing and saved me lots of money. Help me save these small businesses. The great customer service and dedication of this shop will always have my business! I read some of the other reviews and they do not sound like Craig Automotive at all!"
