"This shop is very busy, which reflects that they are competent and treat customers fairly. The downside is that the wait time can be substantial, even with an appointment. At least they have a comfortable waiting area, with good complimentary coffee. Also, it is a short walk to Home Depot and Walmart, which a customer might be inclined to make with a better estimate of the wait time."

"I had an excellent experience at Sun auto today. I purchased a battery from Costco buy they don’t install and instead recommend providers with a 15% coupon. They recommended Sun so I called and asked if the coupon worked for batteries… “No problem!“ I asked if they could install a part that I brought in… “No problem!“ I then asked if it was a problem to work on BMWs because the manufacturer often makes special tools that only they have “No problem!“ I brought the car in, and the customer service was excellent and before I knew it (about an hour), they called that it was complete. It was very affordable and I am a loyal customer now!"
