"I could not be happier. The previous management installed my original product. The install took 4 days not 2. The guy did not install it correctly and it took them 6 times to get it rigged to not flood the room next door. Then the caulk which was an inch thick started turning black. By then they stopped answering my calls. A couple weeks ago I got a random sales text wanting to sell me a tub or windows. I shot back how about fixing the piece of junk I have. (Let me be clear....the product itself was everything promised but without it being installed right what good was that). I was shocked to get a immediate response. Alex came over, took a look and said nope we can't fix this we want to rip it out and start over. He promised to install it in one day. (we only have 1 bathroom that is pretty important) My husband has since become handicapped. They replaced the tub with a shower pan with barely anything to step over! I asked for another grab bar that I would pay for. He suggested a fold down bench. Oh my gosh....it is gorgeous and makes bathing hubby so much easier! Ricardo and Nick drove down from Dallas with Alex to install it IN 6 HOURS! They were awesome! They kept my house clean, asked where I wanted every little thing. My son who is 6'2" loved that they put the curtain rod and shower head extra high! They were polite and a joy to have around."
