"We do use this dealer for service until recently. We had an appt for transmission service we made with the Lincoln concierge two months prior, securing a promise for a loaner. When we arrived Wed. am, no loaner was available. He said one was being returned later that day. Did not happen. Next day, nothing. Crickets. Then Friday we received a text from him saying we have not forgotten about us, still working on a loaner. That was the last we heard. No follow up, no new appt scheduled. NOTHING. Now we are gonna have to drive to another city for service and we are angry. We bought the Lincoln because Ford service was so awful, we decided to step up. HAH. Love the car, service dept sucks. We are so disappointed. And No, we would not recommend this dealer."
