Reviews
"Thomas W. did a very good job. Great technical worker."
"I was worried as appliance repair can be a headache. Rich was my tech and he was a joy the second he walked through the door. He quickly diagnosed the compressor was bad. He had one with him to replace and he informed me we just squeaked in under warranty. He was clean and methodical in his work and we had a nice chat while he did the repair. And, the bill was $0. Just a great experience all around. I know I was lucky here but even when I have to pay for repairs, I will be using Sears Georgetown and asking for Rich when I do!"
"Difficult to talk to anyone to verify that your are supposed to receive a package when they don't ever tell you to expect one. Or to tell them that the package and part were damaged in route to your home. This delayed the repair an extra month and a half!"
"Service man was polite and helpful. I am really glad that all three maintenance jobs were completed by the same man on one visit!"
"Winfred is very knowledgeable and professional. However, this was the sixth time a technician (2nd visit for him) was here to remedy my non-working ice maker. This time he installed a new freezer door, and found that the shelves in that door are different from my prior freezer, and those are no longer made. Now I'm getting a new refrigerator/freezer (I hope). Sears was not even aware of this situation - they should have known this from the beginning of this fiasco."
