"They were so amazing! I needed a tire repair, and they took care of it swiftly, without putting any pressure on me to purchase a new one. The nail was just a little off from the center of the tire. In contrast, when I approached Discount Tire, they immediately tried to sell me a new tire. They even insisted that I buy a spare tire simply because my current one was 10 years old, despite its excellent condition. I have pictures to document it all."

"I have always enjoyed the service this garage provides. However, when I arrived for my scheduled oil change, I was told strange information on the free service I would be receiving. Each year I have received an email notifying me that I was eligible to receive a free standard oil change for my birthday. Each year previously, I had upgraded the oil change to one with full synthetic oil. This type of oil change is more expensive, but I always have received a credit for the value of the standard oil change. For the last few years the value of the standard oil change has been $29.99. However, this year the posted price of this oil change is listed as $49.99 on the price list screen of the store. When I asked if the final cost would reflect a credit of $49.99 for my birthday oil discount, I was told that I would only receive a $29.99 credit. I complained that this was unfair because if I walked into the store requesting a standard oil change without any discount, I would expect to pay the listed price of $49.99. Because of my complaint I was granted a full credit of $49.99 after all. When I phoned the store the previous day to make my appointment, I asked what would be the price for each type of oil change. I was quoted $49.99 for the standard oil change and a higher price for the full synthetic change. That’s why I was blind-sided by the reduced value of my birthday credit. I am happy that the issue was resolved properly."
