"Jose’ was so kind. Mercedes in Georgetown gave me a quote of $3,500 for recommendations that needed done to my 2009 Mercedes ML 350. I took it to Auto Spec in Georgetown on Lakewood, showed them the recommendation list from Mercedes Benz and Jose’ said, we’ll do a 30-point check and look at everything. He called and to my surprise, he said his guys could not find a thing wrong with the car. He said it was in perfect condition for a car of its age. He could have charged me for things on the list and I would have paid it, but he chose honesty instead, I will continue to be a loyal customer because of his integrity."

"My first experience was bad and good. The lugs on the front driver side were not hand tighten after rotating the tires. About five miles down the road the car began to shimmy, make a noise, and feel like a flat tire. The good is that, after verifying no flat tire, I immediately drove back to Auto-Spec and they finished the job without making an excuse, but accepting the responsibility and blame."

"I have been a customer for several years and have never before been treated so shabbily. It was not my fault that the car required an oil change near the holidays, it is what it was. I was given an appointment over 3 weeks from my call. I arrived early because I always arrive early. Knowing that I was waiting for my car, I would have thought they would at least start work on the scheduled time. They did not start till a half hour later. Now there is a problem and though they sent photos a couple of days later, there was no schedule to repair the problems; no estimate for the cost; no evaluation on the urgency of the repairs. When I got the first appointment I began thinking about changing my service provider. It should not take 3 weeks to get an oil change. The experience I had waiting for my car and the problems discovered, I'm even more inclined to reconsider the value you place on my continued loyalty to your service location."

"I have always been very skeptical of auto shops and not wanting to feel like I am being taken advantage of. At Auto-Spec they are different. They welcome questions about the work being done and are happy to educate you. I had a situation in which I brought my car in due to a leak. It was repaired and then two months later I noticed a similar leak so I tooK it back to Auto-Spec. Thinking, here we go again, my skepticism came back. But that was not the case. After review of the new leak it was found that it was not related to the previous work that was done and was due to an oil ring that was not replaced (at a different shop). I did have some frustration with the call tree they have in place and had voiced my frustration with the shop. Auto Spec took the time to understand my frustrations and placed an oil ring on the car at their cost. Which they did not have to. I have to say that Jose and John at Auto-Spec Georgetown have changed my outlook on auto shops. Thank you Jose and John I appreciate your professionalism."
