"Excellent Service. Had my garage door not closing due to slipped cable from the drum and almost all the rollers were bad. Spoke to Syed in the office and was able to get 2nd day appointment. Before the appointment, I received a message from the company with the friendly technician's picture and profile (really ingenious). The tech. Steve was able to install new rollers (longer) and a new spring. We had been opening/closing the garage door manually before because the opener stopped working. Found out the old gear inside was bad. Steve installed the new gear, and new motion sensors, and was able to provide me with a remote opener for my old system. He was patient enough and fixed everything despite having little space to work. Very pleasant experience with the company. Highly recommended."
