"No service at all!! Called for an appointment for my Mac and the guy on the phone didn’t answer my questions at all. He wouldn’t tell me his name . He just laughed and hung up in my face. Called back only to be on hold then hung up on me again."
"I have used geek squad for years but I am thinking of canceling my membership. I took 2 laptops in for service and setup. When I went in to pick them up I had to wait 30 minutes to get checked in. I had an appointment but there were only 2 people working and 5 people waiting to get checked in. There was no since of urgency. When I confronted the store manager about the problem he found 3 employees in back to help but I was still going to be late to my next appointment. When I did get served the employee did not know how to pull up the work notes or close everything out. WHY DO YOU MAKE APPOINTMENTS IF YOU DON'T KEEP THEM OR INFORM THEM OF THE TIMING ISSUE? It took an hour past my appointment time to pick up computers. WHAT BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE."
"Not certain if management care about servicing customers. Employees are lazy, indifferent to a sale and rude. Maybe society has turned into virtual Facebook zombies who don't know how to connect to REAL people. God help this nation because the 20-30 year olds can not lead their way out of a whole in the ground much less help others. Avoid this Best Buy. There are other stores where managers encourage their staff to make a buying experience enjoyable and appreciate your business."
