The Home Depot

"This review is for the older African woman worker this morning at the self-checkout at 8:31 a.m. March 5, 24, and 2 other rude employee's, that completely racially profiled me. The woman did nothing to help me when I got to the register, I told her the African gentleman in the blower section told me he had to bring my item up there and it would at the front when I was ready to checkout. Of course it wasn't there and she walked off to help another customers, so I walked back to find the gentleman and found out he took my item to RETURN section, not check out like he told me, so I'm frustrated at this point, while I'm paying for my 2 item's, I look to left and a white employee gentleman is peaking around the corner at me that like I'm the problem, at this point I feel extremely comfortable and said somethingto him, my cashier Mrs Katina in RETURNS, was the only professional employee I'd dealt with, and I definitely wasn't judged by her. SO AFTER PAYING in RETURNS, I had to leave out the SELF-CHECKOUT side, well immediately about 7 to 10 steps out the door a white man customer yells out, HEY ARE YOU GONNA PAY FOR THAT, so I turn around and I'm like WHAT!!! And he said the sales associate said you stole that stuff, when I walked back in she said in front of 5 to 7 customer in a nasty tone and attitude, she said you just walked out tge store, are you gonna pay for that, and I held up my receipt and said I did, and she just said OH!! And went on with her business, WOW IS ALL I CAN SAY no apologize, ABSOLUTELYNOTHING. When I went back outside the customer apologized to me and I'm sorry the lady was telling everyone, that man just stole all that stuff."

"Aplist (at the self checkout) was the most friendly person ever. She seemed to genuinely want to help you and insisted she check our items out at the self check out line herself. She was so positive at 8 am on New Year's Eve to ensure you had a great experience leaving Home Depot. She should definitely be promoted into training for Customer Service because hers is unmatched."

"We were greeted as we walked in. The employees were attentive and willing to help. Jamie was the front-end supervisor and went above and beyond the scope of her work to ensure that the Coca-Cola I was purchasing was cold, which was a pleasant surprise to me because nowadays, it seems like customer service is not what it used to be. The manager was present and very engaging with the customers."
