"The guys are doing a great a job with tire replacement and oil change but you need to be a patient customer and keep your temper cool when the technicians lose theirs. I went for a tire replacement for my Toyota Camry 2002 this Sunday, the wait was long but I enjoyed watching how the guys work and how organized the place is. The previous time it was horrible. The tire was leaking and every week I had to put some air in it. I told the guys initially that the front passenger tire needs to be looked at and if it can be fixed let them patch it but if not I will get it replaced. Long story short they get it replaced with a new Douglas and I say I keep the old tire and when I look at the old tire it had no patch and it could be fixed. The manager was kind enough to do the refund and put the old tire back on. Malik the technician is a great guy spotted out that my driver side tire also had a nail. Have to see him again for that one."

"I went for the battery replacement. There is no process to get the service or appointment for that. The only process is to wait for the service person outside workshop and tell what you need for your vehicle. After I asked about my battery replacement, the service guy said that there are vehicles before me (some actually came later as I was not sure where to take my car). I decided to give my business to Autozone where I was done in 10 mins"

"I took a bad tire for replacement, they deliberately installed the wrong size. I noticed the car drove differently on the highway, after a month of driving it locally within 45ml/hr roads. I went for alignment and they spotted it out immediately that part of the vibration was due to irregular size of the tire. Those guys there are complete misfits.i asked for 205/55/16 and they installed 215/60/16 without letting me know. Avoid fraudulent places."
