"I wish i could rate them 10+ stars! John was so wonderful, he immediately made it to our home and took care of our washing machine issue. Our washing machine hadn't been cleaned properly in quite some time (now we know how) and after our home renovation, we noticed alot of dirt in the machine even after running a few empty cycles. He gave us proper directions and recommendations on what we can do to clean it and also prevent the issue from happening again in the future. After his inspection, cleaning of the agitator, and his aftercare instructions, our washer was up and running within a couple days. Unfortunately, we faced another issue (not his fault at all) with our contractors who had installed the washer incorrectly so a few days later we were having severely hot water dispensing from the washing machine. John came by immediately and fixed it for us in less than 15 mins. Their professionalism and expertise gave us such peace of mind and saved us so much money because we were on the verge of considering buying new appliances that we really did not want to purchase. Highly recommend Reliant for your appliance needs! While I hope we do not face any further issues in the future with our appliances, I am happy to know we have a reliable team we can reach out to in the future!"

"When I called last week to find a technician who can diagnose the stove leak, Reliant was able to come out the next day and they did. Since that day and like the first day, I've had to initiate every call to Reliant. I called last Friday to get an update from the diagnosis and was asked for my email so that they can send me an invoice. On Tuesday I did not receive an email and called Reliant again about it. I was told the technician could come out to make the repair on Wednesday and asked to send my email address via text and I did. The representative slexplained that she tried to send the invoice but got my email wrong. If you try to send an email to a nonexistent address it will bounce back. When she got the bounce back, why didn't she try to contact me? We were told by the technician that of the 2 valves he assessed, only one needed to be repaired and we went with what he said. Except Reliant ordered 2 valves and charged over $700 to repair two burner valves, after we were told we only needed to repair one. Was it a genuine oversight? Was it so.ething else? I'm disappointed in this bait and switch we experienced with Reliant and how we haven't received a final response to resolve this."

"I am having popping noises coming out of microwave and all the technician did was turn the microwave on 3 times and the microwave worked fine. Then tech recommended to replace the microwave. No troubleshooting or anything of that sort. $65 dollars just to tell me to buy a new one. The reason for low review is the tech took off the waveguide and broke the clip but instead of telling me about it and replacing it he jammed the broken piece in the other slot to make sure it didn't fall off and took his $65 and left."
