"Zeus plumbing was sent to find the root cause of potential leak coming from stand up shower next to master bedroom. The guy who came out was timely, professional and polite, which is a plus and all too rare of a thing nowadays, but unfortunately, he took zero actions to try to remedy our plumbing issue. Instead of taking simple/affordable action that may resolve the issue like recaulking a drain, around the shower pan, and/or by replacing a shower sweep, the guy that came out advised that we needed a shower pan replacement. Not a cheap fix. We got a second opinion, and while that plumbing company was out at our home they took some of the more affordable actions and recaulked the top of the shower drain which glad to say has resolved the issue. Zeus plumbing was a waste of our time and money."

As for the times, when the plumbing issue fell outside of our insurance policy, we have found their pricing to be extremely competitive if not, the lowest you can find, even with their high-quality work. And I have to mention the fantastic communication from the dispatch office; you will always know who, and when, your technician will arrive, and they always have time to answer all your questions."
