"We've been coming here for years with great experiences, but things seem to have declined quite a bit recently. Our last 2 experiences have been increasingly negative, from getting the car back with a new problem it didn't have before, to failing to communicate with insurance so that our rental car would be covered, to taking six weeks to repair it, only for me to see an issue as soon as I walked up to the car. Their response? "You're lucky it was only 6 weeks. There's a car sitting back there that's been here a year." And "we didn't do this. The bumper was put on wrong by the people we had come to calibrate the car." Poor communication, inadequate repairs, and making excuses rather than taking responsibility is a far cry from the service they have provided in the past."

I took my Nissan Murano in today, because the front right bumper panel was not hinged properly. They fixed it perfectly. No job is too big or small. I highly recommend this company."
