"Great service! My Service Advisor Daniel Kaufman kept me informed on status of my 2021 F150. Finally got Sync 4 system working and taking updates. Tech Andrew Oster evaluated and corrected issues. Parts had to be ordered two separate times but that’s expected when troubleshooting computer systems and software.
