"Every time I have been to geek squad they can not help. Last occurrence was my 2 or 3 yr old computer got pierced by a tack and ruined the screen’s resolution (mostly, but not fully, a black screen). When geek squad hooked it up to their monitor it worked on their screen. He said they wouldn’t be able to fix it because it would be too much work and difficult to repair what was ruined. Recommended I purchase a new computer or just hook it up to another monitor or tv screen. Which I did not think made any sense. I also did not understand why GEEK SQUAD couldn’t repair something so simple. Always disappointed with the Mansfield location. Needless to say, I took it to a computer repair shop and got my computer back the next day for 100 bucks. Thank goodness for computer shop pros. Cause imagine if it was only Geek squad- nothing would get repaired."

"Repaired my Samsung note 9 screen after it was dropped and the screen was cracked. Had it repaired the same day and it looked brand new. Great job!"

"The best service I have got. Went in to replace a screen for a Samsung S9 plus on a Sunday evening, and not only did they complete the job in 2 hours but also helped me with the curved screen guard. The entire process was smooth and the guys working there are really knowledgeable and good at what they do."

When I ended up having to drop it off, they explained the process of what was going to happen very well, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and now my laptop is working better than ever! "I have a protection plan took a week for them to come out and fix my dishwasher. After they replace the pump on it claimed it was working they left. I start the dishwasher for a load of dishes. Same issue occurs. I call my rep he does not answer so I leave a message. Next day I call again and still no answer so I call geek squad direct. They inform me I will need to be put back on the schedule in another week. I already waited a week for you to come out the first time. Oh I forgot I will also have to pay a second service call. What a crock. Don't spend your money on a service plan this is not service. I could have had it fixed quicker by an independent."
