"They are moving. However. I was there at least x3 as they said they could find me a screen saver. They couldn't. Waste of time. Don't bother going there for a few months till they get organized."
"Do not take your phone or anything else here. Went to replace an iphone battery, during the service they broke the screen and the screen protector. Did not replace the screen with an apple screen or even an iphone screen that matched an iphone screen, did not put in a battery that holds a charge, did not replace the $40 screen protector or offer compensation. Completely destroyed the trade in value of the phone and did not pay for or fix what they broke during the service. They also would not negotiate on any of the price after having broke the different parts of the phone. During negotiations they repeatedly said they were not liable for anything they broke during the service and quote, "If you didn't want the screen protector broke, you shouldn't have put a $40 screen on it. That's your problem.""
"I had to drive past and cancel my 10:00 am appointment because my delivery cargo schedule had a last minute upgrade. The person over the phone was awsome in squeezing me in for my iPhone 7 battery replacement, I highly recommend this place just from the professionalism received in my appointment setting. I'm an OTR over the road Trucker."
"While the night before Chris was a big help that all changed the next day. Don’t know who the tech was, but lost my brackets and screws and then try to tell me they weren’t on there. $190 down the drain. Screen didn’t even work properly, home button didn’t work and. Would not recommend. Bought a $40 screen from amazon and ended up doing it myself. Phone works perfectly now. Avoid at all costs"
